Health Care

Our dear friend Ana* suffers from several debilitating health problems and is the mother of a young man with special needs.  Two of our board members met Ana in 2001 while studying in Guatemala and have stayed in contact with her ever since. Ana’s health has deteriorated over the years and she has received lifesaving grants for medical care from BTGI. BTGI has also provided glasses for many in Ana's community along with emergency dental work.

BTGI often receives requests for urgent medical needs and lives have been saved when we have been able to respond. Unfortunately, lives have also been lost at times when funding was not available. Partner with us to bring dignity through much needed, quality healthcare to those who have no access to it. We have applicants waiting!
